TriloChi® – movement that strengthens the nervous system and brings the body & energy back into balance

TriloChi® is much more than a training method.

It is a holistic approach to stress regulation, body awareness, and health support – and it has personally helped me deeply, especially during times of exhaustion and nervous system overload.

What is TriloChi®?

TriloChi® combines modern movement teachings with ancient Eastern energy practices. It includes elements of:

  • Qi Gong

  • Yoga

  • Fascial research

  • Breathwork

  • Daoist principles

  • Cardiovascular exercises

What makes it special: it’s not about “pushing yourself harder,” but about coming back into feeling, releasing stress, and balancing your own energy.


TriloChi® is based on three pillars:

1. ChiFlowMotion®

Gentle, flowing movements along the meridians – they slow down the nervous system and guide the body from thinking into feeling.

2. PowerChi®

Strengthening movements that activate the cardiovascular system and the Yang energy – without overwhelming the body.

3. ChiYoga®

Calm, grounding postures that stretch the fascial structures, align the body, and create space – inside and out.


Meridians – the energetic network of the body

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), there are energy pathways in the body called meridians. Through them flows “Qi” – the life force.

Imagine meridians like inner roads:


  • If the path is clear, energy flows – you feel alive, awake, and stable.

  • If the path is blocked, the body often expresses it through tension, emotional overwhelm, or exhaustion.


TriloChi® works consciously with movements along these pathways – activating them through breath, stretching, sensing presence, and mindfulness.


Yin & Yang – the foundation for inner balance





In TCM, the 12 main meridians are divided into two groups:


Yin meridians

  • Located more on the inner or front side of the body

  • Support organs, rest, regeneration, and internal processes

  • Represent: being, inner world, softness, “listening inwardly”


Yang meridians

  • Run more on the outer or back side of the body

  • Represent activity, movement, and “projecting outward”

  • Are more powerful, active, and strongly connected to external actions

For a healthy, stable nervous system, we need both:

  • Yin → letting go, calming, regenerating

  • Yang → acting, doing, bringing energy outward


And this is exactly where TriloChi® comes in:


  • ChiFlowMotion® and ChiYoga → primarily nourish Yin

They bring calm, grounding, regulation, and help the nervous system to relax.


  • PowerChi® → activates Yang

It restores strength, presence, and energy to the body – without overwhelming it.

And very importantly: even within the same exercise,


TriloChi® can be Yin or Yang.You can:

  • Perform the same movement powerfully, dynamically, and actively (Yang)

  • Or perform it softly, slowly, and receptively (Yin)


It depends on:

  • How you feel today

  • What your nervous system needs

  • Where you are in your cycle

  • How much energy you currently have


Instead of “higher, faster, further,” this creates balance – and this is exactly the point where the nervous system can shift from alarm mode back into regulation.


What makes TriloChi® so special for the nervous system

Of course, TriloChi® is not a substitute for medical treatment – but from experience, it can support:
