My coaching sessions, programs, and consultations usually take place online – for example via my website, Zoom, Calendly, or the Wix booking system.
However, there may be occasions where I offer services offline, such as retreats, workshops, talks, or corporate offers. Even in these cases, I handle your data in compliance with data protection regulations.​

2. Contacting Me

If you contact me via the form on the website or by email, your details will be stored for up to six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for potential follow-up questions. These details will not be shared without your explicit consent.

3. Online Appointments & Booking Systems

a) Scheduling via Calendly
For booking free initial calls, I use the external service Calendly. Your name, email address, and any additional voluntary information are collected for scheduling purposes.

b) Booking paid services via Wix Bookings & Pricing Plans

For booking coaching packages, I use the integrated booking system on my website (Wix Bookings, including payment processing via Pricing Plans).

4. Video Calls via Zoom

My coaching sessions generally take place online via Zoom, a service provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (USA).
Personal data such as your name, email address, and IP address may be processed.

5. Intake Forms & Health Data

As part of the coaching preparation, I may collect sensitive health data (e.g., related to nutrition, PMDD, or gut health).
