Why I became a Holistic Health Coach

Maybe you’ve already followed my story:For years I was in different treatments and therapies – each valuable, but never connected.

I tried:

  • Talk therapy & behavioral therapy

  • Body-oriented coaching

  • Acupuncture

  • Laughter Yoga

Everything helped – but always only a piece of the puzzle.What I painfully missed was someone who:

In the end, I had to piece it all together myself.


And that was the moment I knew:

I completed:

  • a solid nutrition education

  • TriloChi® trainer certification

  • Laughter Yoga instructor training

  • advanced training in gut health, hormones, HPU, stress, nervous system, PMDS

  • and most importantly: years of personal experience with my own body
